Returning a purchase based on a withdrawal from the purchase agreement is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Please refer to the Terms of Sale for more details.
Register Your Return
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase and return the product, please first let us know by opening a Customer Support ticket (click here to submit a ticket). This is necessary because we will need to register your return. We need to know which order the case relates to before we proceed, so please also provide your name and order number and attach your invoice / proof of purchase.

Important When Shipping From Outside the EU
The return package must be registered for the same person who originally placed the order and should be sent back from the same country, where it was initially delivered. If the name of the sender is different than the person on the invoice for the order, the shipment can be severely delayed and/or have trouble with obtaining customs clearance.
