Return Process (Withdrawal From the Purchase Agreement)

Returning a purchase based on a withdrawal from the purchase agreement is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Please refer to the Terms of Sale for more details.

We would like to inform you that new, more convenient return options are now available in our system. From now on, you can complete the entire process quickly and efficiently online

To return a product using our new tool, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Submit Your Return Online

The easiest ways to make a return are:

• Directly online using the Withdrawal Button (you can find this button on your order status page)

• Using the “Return” link in the footer of any webpage
  

There is no need to create an account or log in – simply open the order status link that we sent you in your purchase confirmation email, or complete and submit the online form.

To meet the 14-day statutory deadline, it is sufficient to click the aforementioned button before the period expires.


Step 2: Package Preparation and Shipping

You have 14 days to send the product back from the moment you click the online button (or report the return in any other form).

Step 3: Verification and Refund

Once the parcel arrives at the Mudita warehouse, our staff will check its contents and the technical condition of the products to ensure they match your request. Following a successful verification, the system will automatically issue a refund. The funds will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the moment the package is delivered (or from the moment you provide proof of postage).
