Return Process (Withdrawal From the Purchase Agreement)

Returning a purchase based on a withdrawal from the purchase agreement is possible within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Please refer to the Terms of Sale for more details.


Register Your Return

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase and return the product, please first let us know by opening a Customer Support ticket (click here to submit a ticket). This is necessary because we will need to register your return. We need to know which order the case relates to before we proceed, so please also provide your name and order number and attach your invoice / proof of purchase.


After reaching out to us about your return, please ship the product back to us to the following address:

Important When Shipping From Outside the EU

The return package must be registered for the same person who originally placed the order and should be sent back from the same country, where it was initially delivered. If the name of the sender is different than the person on the invoice for the order, the shipment can be severely delayed and/or have trouble with obtaining customs clearance.


Next Steps

We would also request that you send us the tracking ID for this shipment once it's sent. That could help monitor it if that's ever required for any reason.


Once the package arrives, our team will check its contents and contact you about your refund. The refund process can take up to 14 days from there, although it is usually completed sooner.

Should your device be in good condition, you will get a full refund. In case of visible damage, we may have to recalculate the current value of the device and deduct the difference from the due amount.
