Mudita Warranty Claims

Mudita will be happy to support you in case you need to open a warranty case regarding one of our products.


Warranty Claims
If you're experiencing issues with our product, we first recommend contacting our Customer Support to ask for help. Some matters can be resolved remotely without the need for a warranty claim. Click here to open a new support ticket.


Our support agents will let you know what you can do to troubleshoot the issue on your own. If that won't be possible, we'll guide you through the warranty procedure.


When we register your case, we'll come back to you with a return shipping label. You'll be able to schedule a pickup from your home or drop off the package at any Fedex location in your area. Scheduling a pickup is free. We cover all shipping costs in warranty cases.
