Our support agents will let you know what you can do to troubleshoot the issue on your own. If that won't be possible, we'll guide you through the warranty procedure.
When we register your case, we'll come back to you with a return shipping label. You'll be able to schedule a pickup from your home or drop off the package at any Fedex location in your area. Scheduling a pickup is free. We cover all shipping costs in warranty cases.
