Although the Mudita Pure should work with most telecommunication service providers across the world, there are sometimes situations when users can't use the phone with a specific network in their area.
What Can I Do?
We are sorry if you've found yourself in such a situation. The problem could be related to low signal strength or there could be an issue with the Pure working on a specific network. If possible, it's worth trying other carriers to find out if there is a network that you could use that may have better coverage in your area. Cases of customers who are unable to use the Pure on the networks available to them in their area are treated the same way as warranty claims. Our support team will help you open such a case and Mudita will arrange for the return shipment of your device.
