Can I Return Items Purchased Through the Outlet?

Just like with new products purchased in our store, you can withdraw from your purchase of outlet products within 14 days of receiving their shipment.

Withdrawal From the Purchase Agreement

• If you decide to return your purchase, please reach out to our support team to register your return and ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

• You do not need to provide a reason for your return, but we will be greatful for all feedback that you're willing to share.

• You will need to handle the return shipment on your own and cover its cost. This cost will be largely dependent on your geographical location.
  All returns must be shipped back to Poland.

Warranty-Based Returns

Our outlet products were tested to be fully functional. However, if you do observe that an item which you purchased is defective, you can return it under warranty. There is a 6-month warranty period for our outlet products. This warranty does not include visual defects outlined in the description for our outlet products.
