The Mudita Pure and Mudita Harmony can connect to a computer running Mudita Center through a USB-C cable connection.
How to Connect Your Device
Open Mudita Center on your computer.
Connect your Mudita Pure or Harmony to your computer with a USB-C cable and wait for the device to sync with Mudita Center.
Once the sync is complete, you should see the "Overview" section with details of your device.
What If My Device Is Not Recognized?
First, start by trying the steps outlined in Mudita Center:
Disconnect the device from the computer
Restart the device
Reconnect the device to the computer
Unlock the screen if connecting the Pure
If this doesn't help and your device is still not recognized, you can also try the following:
Restart Mudita Center and/or restart your computer
Perform a factory reset of your Pure or Harmony. Please note that this step would delete all user data and settings from the device
Inspect the USB ports and cable for damage or dirt, clean if needed
Make sure the cable is fully inserted on both sides.
Use a different USB-C cable
Reinstalling Mudita Center has shown to help in a number of situations.
Connect to Mudita Center on another computer (if one is available). If possible, try a machine with a different operating system.
