Every Mudita Oasis set is backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase. Under applicable consumer protection regulations, your proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, is what you need to make a claim.

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty stitching, zippers, or filling that settles unevenly.
Not covered: wear from regular use, damage caused by improper washing (see How Do I Wash and Care for Oasis?), or damage from moisture or direct sunlight during outdoor use (see Can I Use Mudita Oasis Outdoors?).
