Need help with your Mudita device? Follow these steps to get warranty repairs, post-warranty service, or technical support.
Note: Mudita handles repairs and replacements. For 14-day returns and refunds, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
Step 1 – Contact Us
Reach out to our support team:

We'll respond within 24 hours on business days (or within 48 hours on weekends). Response times may be longer during holidays.
Step 2 – Share Proof of Purchase and Describe the Issue
When you contact us, please include:
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
• A brief description of the problem (what's happening, when it started, and when it occurs)
• Photos or a short video of the issue (this helps us resolve your request faster)
Important: Attempting repairs yourself or using an unauthorized service center will void your warranty.
Step 3 – Get Shipping Instructions
Our team will review your request and let you know if your device needs to be shipped to our service center. If so, we'll send you:
• Detailed shipping instructions
• A shipping label (if applicable)
Step 4 – Diagnosis and Repair Quote
Once we receive your device:
Warranty repairs: We'll repair your device according to Mudita's warranty terms at no cost to you.
Out-of-warranty or non-covered damage:
You'll need to pay an operational fee of $45/€45 plus shipping costs before sending your device.
After we assess it, we'll send you a repair quote.
The repair will only proceed once you approve and pay for it.
The estimated repair lead time is between 14 and 30 days from the date the device is received by Mudita Service.
In exceptional cases (e.g. part unavailability or peak seasons), the repair time may be extended. In such cases, Mudita will inform the customer about the delay.
Step 5 – Receive Your Repaired Device
After the repair is complete, we'll ship your device back to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
