Mudita Oasis is made from natural materials selected for breathability, comfort, and durability: a hemp-cotton blend for the covers, buckwheat hull and coconut fiber (or memory foam) for the cushion, kapok fiber for the bolsters, and a coconut-fiber, latex, and sisal blend for the mat. Here is what goes into each part of the set:
The Covers (Cushions, Bolsters & Mat)

- Hardware: Equipped with high-quality YKK zippers for smooth, reliable, and easy opening whenever you need to clean the covers.
The Meditation Cushion
Designed to keep you comfortably upright, the cushion features a dual-layer inner system:
- Core Filling: Buckwheat hull. This provides a firm yet adaptive seat that molds perfectly to your body shape while remaining highly breathable.
- Stabilizer Insert:
- Standard Mudita Oasis: Made of natural coconut fiber to provide structured stability.
- Mudita Oasis Memory Foam: Combines coconut fiber with an adaptive memory foam layer for a softer, premium feel that minimizes pressure points.
The Bolsters
- Filling: 100% kapok fiber.
- Why we chose it: Kapok is a plant-based fiber known as "plant down." It is incredibly lightweight and soft, offering gentle support while being naturally hypoallergenic.
The Meditation Floor Mat
The mat is engineered to insulate you from the cold floor and cushion your ankles and knees:
- Standard Mudita Oasis Mat: Crafted from a blend of coconut fiber, natural latex, and sisal fiber for natural, grounded firmness.
- Mudita Oasis Memory Foam Mat: Includes the exact same natural base but adds an extra memory foam layer for deep relaxation and enhanced joint protection.
