What is the Meditation Feature?

This feature can help you organize Meditation sessions and keep track of their statistics.

How to Open Meditation

To access the Meditation feature, enter your Harmony's menu by light-clicking the main button while on the home screen. Next, twist the main button to scroll down to select "Meditation" and light-click it to open this feature.

Next, you will be able to select the following options:

  • Meditate now

  • Settings

  • Statistics

Meditate Now

To start a new Meditation session, click on "Meditate now". Next, choose the session duration by twisting the main button. You can set it to anything between 1-180 minutes in precise one-minute increments. Once you scroll through to your chosen duration, light-click the main button to confirm it and start the session.

Meditation Settings

Opening the Settings in the Meditation menu will take you through a few steps that will help you set up the Meditation feature to your preference. These steps are as follows:

  • Start delay:
You can set a start delay to give yourself time to prepare before your session begins.
    The start delay can be set to 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, or 90 seconds.

  • Chime interval:
This option allows you to set up chimes, which can signal the passing of each 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the total session time. Chimes can also be left turned off.

  • Chime volume:
In this step, you can choose the volume of the chime signals on a scale of 1-15.
Twist the main button to choose the volume and light-click to confirm your choice.

Statistics

The final option in the Meditation feature's menu lets you track your Meditation statistics and view your total and average Meditation time in the last 7, 30 or 365 days.
