How to Upload New Relaxation Sounds?

With the release of OS version 2.0.0 for the Mudita Harmony, our alarm clock has gained the ability to have custom audio files uploaded to it using Mudita Center. Users can now listen to their own songs in Relaxation mode.

Here is a video guide which shows how to add custom sounds. Text instructions are included below it.

File Upload Instructions

  • Please connect your Harmony to a computer running our desktop application, Mudita Center. Wait for the clock to sync with the program and make sure that your Harmony is updated to the latest system version.
Click here to download Mudita Center for Windows, Mac or Linux

Click here for instructions on how to update a Mudita Harmony.

  • In the menu on the left side of the window, click on "File manager". You should then see something like this on your computer's screen:

  • Click the dark "Upload" button on the right, then find and select the audio file or files that you'd like to add to your Relaxation library. Here is an example of how that would look on a Windows computer:

  • Click on "Your chosen audio files will now start uploading to your Mudita Harmony. You should see the message visible in the screenshot below. Please wait for this notification to disappear. That will mean the process is finished.

  • That's it! Once the new files are added, they will be visible in the File Manager in Mudita Center (as seen in the screenshot below) and you'll be able to listen to them on your Harmony using the Relaxation feature.

What if the File Upload Fails?

If your attempt to add your own sounds using the steps above fails, please restart Mudita Center, reconnect your Harmony, and try again. If the process continues to fail despite multiple attempts, please reach out to our customer support team for help.
