The Mudita Pause cards were mindfully designed and produced in Europe. Their specifications and the contents of the set are listed below:
Deck Contents
The full Mudita Pause deck contains 29 cards:
22 cards with meditation practice
2 cards with instructions
5 blank cards to note your reflections
Size
The complete deck dimensions are 125mm x 88mm x 21mm
Each card is just short of 1mm thick
Card Materials
The cards are mMade from 100% Munken Lynx, a woodfree and ecological paper
The paper is made in Munkedal, Sweden
Munken Lynx has the following certifications:
FSC - the mark of responsible forestry
PEFC PEFC/05-33-99
EU Ecolabel: SE/011/05
Packaging Materials
The cards come packed in a bag made of 100% unbleached linen, which makes the deck easy to store and travel with.
Inside the bag, they are also held together by an eco-friendly envelope made in Europe out of 100% recycled paper.
All Mudita Pause components are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
