What is the Relaxation Feature?

The Harmony comes with a library of relaxation sounds, which the user can play for a specified period of time or in a loop. These soothing sounds can be great to have in the background when working or falling asleep, for example. Users can also add new audio files to expand this library with their own sounds.

Access Relaxation Sounds

To access the Relaxation feature, enter the clock's menu by light-clicking the main knob. Scroll down to "Relaxation" and select with another light click. Next, you can choose which sound you'd like to play. After that, select how long you'd like it to play it. You can play a sound once, set a timer for 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, or have it play in a continuous loop until you turn it off or until it depletes the battery.

Adding New Sounds

After the release of OS version 2.0.0 for the Harmony, it is now possible for users to add new relaxation sounds to the Harmony's library. Click here to view the instructions on how to add your own Relaxation sounds.
