What Networks/ Carriers Can the Mudita Pure Work With?

Our phone's communication module operates on frequency bands that are available globally, so it should work with most common carriers in the countries, to which we are shipping the Pure.

A Phone Without Borders

Mudita Pure is carrier-free and operates on 2G/3G/4G/LTE frequencies. This enables its near global connectivity. The Pure is able to operate on network frequencies in Europe, North and South America, Australia, Africa, and Asia. Specific network bands supported by the Mudita Pure are the following:

• LTE FDD:

B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B13/B18/B19/B20/B26/B28

• TDD:

B38/B39/B40/B41

• WCDMA:

B1/B2/B4/B5/B6/B8/B19

• GSM:

B2/B3/B5/B8

Worth Knowing for US-Based Users:

Two major carriers operating in the USA: Verizon and AT&T, have restricted the Pure on their networks due the phone's custom low-SAR antenna not meeting their internal certification requirements (click here for more information).

For this reason, we recommend that our US-based customers use the phone with T-Mobile, who do not have the same requirements. In addition to that, we recommend using brand-new SIM cards regardless of the carrier. US carriers often register SIM cards for a specific device provided by them and such a card most likely would not work when placed in a Pure.

Final Note

The Pure may have trouble reading certain older types of SIM cards (older than 5-6 years), as well as 5G SIM cards.
