How to order
Buy the five store parts directly from the Mudita store. For other parts:
- Find the parts you need in the catalogue.
- Email support@mudita.com with the part names, colour and quantity, and the country you want them shipped to.
- Customer Support replies with the final price and next steps.
How long parts are available
Parts that wear out or break most often, such as the battery and display, will be available for at least seven years. Mudita's repair service will also run for at least seven years. Local consumer laws on parts and repairs are followed in every market where Kompakt is sold.
Before you replace a part yourself
- Follow the official parts replacement instructions. Battery, display, camera and back cover swaps also need a new adhesive sheet.
- Read the safety info for spare parts, especially for the battery.
- If your Kompakt is still under warranty, contact support first. Repairs by someone Mudita has not authorized are not covered.
